At the time it showed 1952, the number of satoshis you could buy for one dollar. Chris Vickery, a cybersecurity researcher, saw the number thinking it was a clock set to Moscow’s timezone and tweeted about it, rejecting any other explanation. “Moscow Time” meme was born.
